Key Accomplishments

Turnaround position to expand and improve fixed operations, develop company real estate holdings, create safety and compliance programs and re-branded collision divisions. Real estate improvements, acquisitions and purchases resulted in $2m increase in asset portfolio. Improved safety and compliance programs through creation and implementation of ISO 14001 format resulted in 60% reduction of injuries. Re-branding program in collision division resulted in revenue increase 30% and net profit increase of 40%.
